Who needs to register?
Any company trading regulated goods into or out of South Sudan falls into one of three categories.
Importer
Company in South Sudan that wishes to bring items into South Sudan from outside and requires a Certificate of Conformity for customs clearance.
Exporter
Company outside South Sudan that wishes to export items into South Sudan and needs a Certificate of Conformity before customs clearance.
Agent

Receive an official quotation based on your FOB value and pay by bank transfer.

Test reports, technical files and conformity evidence are reviewed by our China-based team, working in your time zone.

Inspect
Physical inspection is arranged worldwide with accredited partners, or completed by remote live video inspection.

Receive your official Certificate of Conformity (CoC), ready for customs clearance in South Sudan.

Remote video and on-site physical inspection
Inspections can be carried out by live remote video or on site, whichever suits your goods and SSNBS requirements. Video inspection removes inspector travel scheduling and standby time.

Independent accredited inspection
Physical inspections are outsourced to CNAS 17020 accredited bodies, keeping the review and inspection functions separate.
